How We Protect Your Documents
All client documents are kept in our locked facility, and access and handling are restricted. The computers and equipment we use for scanning are air-gap secure, meaning they are not connected to the internet, our internal corporate network or any external network. Medical records projects follow strict HIPAA protocols.
